The Sun says that Karen Gillan's Amy Pond will be seen sporting a pregnancy bump during episode seven.
However, the sequence, written by Men Behaving Badly writer Simon Nye, is apparently part of the companion's dream.
"Amy is pregnant but it's all part of a strange dream she's having," a Who insider is quoted as saying. "She can't work out what is real and what's not."
The new series of Doctor Who begins in April on BBC One in the UK and BBC America in the US.
