Former Holby City actor Jeremy Edwards is to appear in an episode of the BBC's Born and Bred, his first TV role since splitting from singer Rachel Stevens.
Edwards reportedly considered quitting acting last year, following his split from the singer, which caused him to slump into depression.
Appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in January this year, Edwards told housemates, "I had an incredibly tough year last year. My agent even asked me whether I wanted to bother being put up for jobs - but right now, I'm on fire."
A source told the Sunday Mirror, "Jeremy is gorgeous and certainly turned a few heads when he came on set."
Viewers will be able to see Jeremy's appearance on the show next month.
