Church, Cole 'booked for same Ross ep'

Feuding stars Charlotte Church and Cheryl Cole have been booked to appear on the same episode of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, according to a report.

The Sun claims that Church will give an interview in this week's episode, while Cole is scheduled to perform her latest solo single 'Parachute' in the studio.

The singers have a history of exchanging jibes in the media. Cole once accused Church of stealing Girls Aloud's sound for her pop album Tissues and Issues, while Church said in 2008 that Cole had "no backbone" for standing by husband Ashley following his first infidelity scandal.

It is thought that the pair will record their appearances tomorrow and it is not yet known whether Cole will meet fellow guests in the green room.

A show source said: "We certainly hope she does."

Cole was originally due to appear for an interview on the show, but reportedly scrapped the plan because she did not want to speak about her marriage split.
