Exclusive: Madekwe: 'Sex scenes are uncomfortable'

Ashley Madekwe has revealed that she was often uncomfortable during her Secret Diary of a Call Girl sex scenes.

The actress, who plays Belle's (Billie Piper) friend Bambi, suggested that people who enjoy filming raunchy scenes are "weird".

"It's definitely not the best part of the day - it's always uncomfortable," she told DS. "You're half-naked with somebody you don't know."

She added: "I was really lucky this year that all my sex scenes were with David [Dawson, who plays Byron] who I already had that familiarity with. People who enjoy them are weird, I think!"
