Novelli not interested in 'Kitchen' trainee

Hell's Kitchen chef Jean-Christophe Novelli has admitted that he has no idea whether his trainee chef Aby King has a crush on him - and he doesn't care.
"I have no idea if Aby has a crush on me," Novelli told the Sunday Mirror. "I'm blind to it all. I'm not interested in her, she's a complete pain in the a***."
Novelli is also insisting that the show's producers are trying to sabotage the chances of his team. A power cut on Friday night forced Novelli to take six dishes off the menu. The bad-tempered chef even suspects rival Gary Rhodes.
"Someone is messing around with my kitchen," he added. "I have no idea who it is, I hope it's not [Rhodes]. Every time I arrive to set up, the sugar is where the salt should be - near the meat.
"It is ruining everything and I want to know who is doing it. The whole kitchen is c**p. Everything is breaking down. The fridge is warm and the freezer is like a store - my ice-cream has been ruined.
"Everything is going wrong. We couldn't serve half of our menu because the power cut stopped us preparing everything - it's just a nightmare."
Hell's Kitchen continues at 10:00pm tonight on ITV1.
