Fergison, who plays Heather Trott in the BBC One soap, will perform her own version of Vanilla Ice's 'Ice Ice Baby' on the charity dance show tonight.
Speaking about who she'd like to see take part in the show in the future, the soap star said that veteran actress Brown, who plays Dot Cotton, would be a great match.
"I would quite like to go with June Brown. Dot. She can move as well," she told DS.
"She'll have to have a few cigarettes, but I think she'd be well game. She's quite nimble as well. She's more flexible than any of us here."
Rufus Hound, who will also appear in tonight's show, said that he would like to see his Argumental co-star Marcus Brigstocke on the programme.
"He was a podium dancer. To look at him, you would never believe it to be true," he joked. "But he was a podium dancer at the Ministry of Sound, so I think that boy has some secret moves."
The Let's Dance For Sport Relief final airs tonight at 7pm on BBC One.
