It seems increasingly likely that Newsnight will be one of the programmes impacted by Monday's strike at the BBC.
The Media Guardian reports, citing a "senior BBC insider," that Jeremy Paxman has told BBC executives that he will not cross the picket lines to be set up by the unions outside Television Centre.
In addition, the paper claims that the programme wouldn't be able to be transmitted because there wouldn't be enough video editing staff available.
