The Monty Python comic, 70, revealed on this week's Graham Norton Show that he has been dating Wade for "three or four months".
"I've found someone who is very age inappropriate. Jenny is 39 - making it 31 years' difference - which is a disgrace," he joked.
"We've only been together three or four months - but she is the most...playful creature."
According to the Daily Mail, Cleese has been making regularly visits to the UK to meet jeweller Wade, who is a friend of his daughter Camilla.
Cleese paid out £12.4 million to ex-wife Alyce Faye Eichelberger last year, following 18 months of divorce proceedings. He is currently touring around Europe to help pay the rest of the settlement, which includes £612,000-a-year for seven years.
Eichelberger was his third wife, following failed marriages with his Fawlty Towers co-star Connie Booth and American actress Barbara Trentham.
