The TV duo, who have been dating for over two years, will be joined on the post-midnight programme by a rotating team of "lively presenters and sparkling sales hosts".
"We are so excited to be hosting The Zone and can't wait to get started," said Bell and Underwood. "Everyone loves shopping and gaming. And where better to get involved than from the comfort of your own sofa!"
ITV has partnered with QVC and NetPlayTV to produce the show. NetPlayTV's segment will allow viewers to interact in real time, play bingo and Roulette Nation, and win cash prizes up to £100,000.
Meanwhile, the QVC partnership will mean that the UK shopping channel will be offering its themed daily programming to ITV1 viewers. Celebrities on the shopping segment in the opening weeks will include Lulu, Jemma Kidd, Lulu Guinness and Kelly Hoppen.
The Zone starts on Thursday, May 20 after midnight on ITV1.
