The popstar will appear as a team captain on the forthcoming programme, which is to have an eight-week run on Saturday nights later this year.
Comedian Jason Manford will head up the opposing team as stars battle it out on the entertainment show each week.
The series will see celebrity guests being presented with "hilarious and unusual lineups" containing members of the public. In each case, one person will have a special skill, impressive talent, strange job or shocking secret - and the participants must guess who is the "Odd One In".
Former Coronation Street star Bradley Walsh will present the show, which will begin filming later this month.
Andre already works as a showbiz reporter for This Morning and is to be a guest host on Channel 4's The Five O'Clock Show.
