The programme, currently called Natalie Cassidy: Becoming Mum, will follow the pregnant actress and her partner Adam Cottrell over the summer as they prepare to welcome their first child.
"To be part of E4's new schedule with this observational documentary is so exciting," Cassidy said.
"E4 is so cool and it will be fantastic working with the channel. I want this to be fun, normal and all about real life. Not starry, just truthful, great fun with family and friends. This series will be about me, the actress and presenter, on my journey to becoming a mum."
Meanwhile, Paul Mortimer, the acting head of E4, said: "Natalie is a warm and witty young woman with a great sense of humour. She appeals strongly to E4's audience and it is therefore fitting that the channel would document the next few exciting months in the hectic world of Natalie and Adam as they continue the road to celebrity parenthood."
The four-part series will air on E4 in the autumn.
