According to the fourth contestant, WAG Lizzie Cundy, there were "fireworks" between the trio, who all attended and rated each other's weddings.
"I got on with them alright actually, I'm a pretty laidback person," Cundy told DS. "There were a few fireworks between the others. Katie Hopkins and Francine - I don't think they got each other and there were some fireworks.
"They were all very different characters, their weddings were all different - Katie's was in a barn, David's was a big Essex knees-up. They were all really different."
Speaking about Van Day, she said: "David always wants to steal the attention. He was always piping up with comments, always the first on the dancefloor. He was either being rude or doing something to get attention.
"He makes me laugh. He's like Norman Wisdom. But it does wind other people up, which you will see on the show. You can get too much of David and I think that happened with Katie. I don't think the others took him in the right way."
Celebrity Four Weddings airs on Monday, May 31 at 9pm on Living.
