'Loose Women' bosses want Lampard ex?

Loose Women producers have signalled their intention to hire Frank Lampard's ex-fiancée Elen Rivas.

The 35-year-old model, who is mother to two of the footballer's children, recently made a guest appearance on the daytime chatshow panel.

"Elen caused a stir when she was on Loose Women a few weeks ago," a source told the News Of The World. "She's outspoken, fiery and very pretty, exactly what they're looking for. And the girls do talk about their private lives - that's why women love it so much."

Lampard is now in a relationship with One Show host Christine Bleakley, who Rivas apparently hopes to compete with.

"Loose Women appeals to her because it's so relaxed and intimate," the insider added. "She's started TV training. She thinks, if Christine can do it, why can't she?"

Other panellists on the programme, broadcast weekdays on ITV1, include Kate Thornton, Denise Welsh and Carol McGiffin.
