Kath & Kim creators creators Gina Riley and Jane Turner are "in negotiations" for a fourth series of the sitcom, the Australian Associated Press reported today.
The pair are said to have already begun work on potential scripts for the Aussie comedy, which is shown in the UK on BBC Two.
"Gina and Jane have started writing again," a source told the AAP. "But they are yet to decide whether they write a series or a telemovie or a special, for example."
The show is expected to be the subject of a bidding war between public broadcaster the ABC, its home for the first three series, and the various commercial networks.
