The first eviction from Celebrity Big Brother has raised an astounding 115,000 pounds for Comic Relief in only 24 hours, thanks to 742,885 viewers' votes.
Chris Eubank was the first to leave the house, and he remained a picture of calm throughout. Even when his name was announced, he remained composed. The signs of relief in Anthea's face were clear though, and she went straight over to give Chris a big hug.
Vanessa spoke for the group when she said: "You're barmy but you'll be sorely missed."
In the final moments before Chris left, everyone gave him a friendly embrace and Keith later pointed out: "There's no one who could have dealt with this as well as Chris."
