Kielty will be joined on Stand Up For The Week by famous names such as Rich Hall, Jack Whitehall, Andi Osho and Kevin Bridges.
Filmed at Koko in Camden, the programme will look at the week's political, sporting and showbiz events. Celebrities and politicians will apparently be "packing the bar" at the shows.
The broadcaster has described the format as "intelligent, spiky and above all, outrageously alternative".
Stand Up For The Week starts on Friday, June 25 at 11.05pm on Channel 4.
