Next 'Little Britain' series to be last?
Published Saturday, Jul 23 2005, 14:22 BST | By Daniel Kilkelly

Creators David Walliams and Matt Lucas apparently wish to rest the show after the upcoming third series. The stars will then begin a nationwide Little Britain stage tour, before moving on to a new project.
An insider revealed, "The most likely scenario is that the boys give Little Britain a break, and then either spin-off one of the characters into a different programme or do something brand new."
There are also rumours that Walliams and Lucas wish to spend some time apart.
"They want a proper break - mainly from each other," another source added.
The third series begins in the autumn.
