Nick Hancock is being axed from They Think It's All Over, according to The Mirror today.
The host will be replaced by stand-up comic Lee Mack for the next series, which will air in the autumn.
Regular panellists Rory McGrath and Phil Tuffnell are still in negotiations with the show's producers, while Jonathan Ross and Ian Wright are expected to stay.
A spokeswoman explained that the changes are not yet official, adding, "We're really delighted to be doing another series and we are looking at the line-up but nothing has been confirmed."
New games and features will also be introduced to the show, on the orders of former BBC One controller Lorraine Heggessey, who thought that the show was becoming too "laddish".
