Killer Ian Brady unhappy with ITV drama

Ian Brady has complained that he is unhappy with an upcoming ITV drama about the Moors Murders, committed by himself and Myra Hindley.

Produced by Granada Television and entitled See No Evil: The Story of the Moors Murders, the two-part dramatisation will be broadcast on the 40th anniversary of their trial, reports the BBC.

Brady is angered by the dramatisation firstly because it may be inaccurate since "the true facts have never been divulged, only speculation in numerous books,??? and he is also concerned that the programme may upset the families of the children he murdered.

However, almost all of the families have given their blessing to the show apart from that of Edward Evans who could not be traced. In fact, Danny Kilbride, brother of slain John Kilbride, pledged his full support, saying: “I’ve gone through the script with the producer and it seems accurate.

"These events shouldn’t be forgotten and every time a child goes missing it all comes rushing back. The more children are warned not to speak to any strange men or women, the better.???
