Celebrity hairdresser Brown is apparently attempting to lure Moss to work with him on the series, which will be used to fill the gap left by Big Brother in 2011.
According to The Sun, the 40-year-old is also hoping his celebrity friends Gwyneth Paltrow, Liv Tyler and Jenny Frost will take part.
"I will have some special people coming in to help me. My friends have been involved in a big way already by helping me come up with the idea for the show," Brown told The Sun.
"This will be a chance for someone to break into the very small world of celebrity hairdressing."
The ten-part series is hosting auditions in Manchester and London next month. The best ten contestants will compete and live together, with one hopeful getting voted off each week.
