The series, Trinny And Susannah: What They Did Next, aired on the website iVillage in 16 six-minute episodes earlier this year.
The Guardian reports that the show, a spoof documentary, will now be adapted for a one-off programme on Channel 4.
The series was a mixture between scripted scenes and ad-libs and was previously described by Constantine as "along the lines of Curb Your Enthusiasm".
A Channel 4 spokesperson confirmed: "Trinny And Susannah: What They Did Next will air at the end of September."
