Several new US reality shows have been picked up by UK multichannels for their upcoming Winter schedules.
Surprise summer hit So You Think You Can Dance? has been acquired by Flextech for teen channel Trouble. New episodes of the dance contest will air Sundays at 6pm from January 15.
Channel 4, meanwhile, has picked up the format rights to Beauty and the Geek, brainchild of Ashton Kutcher. A UK version of the series, which couples seven beauties with seven geeks for a number of tasks, begins filming next week for a February premiere on E4.
Finally, Bravo has acquired the rights to air the third season of Ultimate Fighter and is thought to be considering commissioning a UK version of the show.
