The Apprentice - You're Fired, a studio-based show, will feature an interview with the latest candidate to be given their marching orders. Sugar will also explain exactly why they had to go.
Broadcast reports that the 11x30-minute spinoff will air on BBC Three immediately after the BBC Two episode.
Two stand-alone, 30-minute spinoffs have also been commissioned for BBC Two: The Apprentice - You're Hired, a reunion show airing immediately after the finale; and Tim's Story, catching up with series one winner Tim Campbell.
The second series of The Apprentice is due to air from January.
