A new ITV1 series will follow a group of fifteen women as they undergo cosmetic surgery.
Make Me Perfect hopes to improve the lives of women who have been branded "ugly" by society.
"With a combination of psychological counselling and no-expense-spared surgery, the programme will make their dreams come true," a source told The Mirror. "It will be fantastic viewing."
The show will hit screens next year.
