The show began as First Time Voters' Question Time, which was hosted by Dermot O'Leary and aired in the build-up to the General Election.
BBC Three has now revealed that it will broadcast four more episodes of the programme.
The channel's controller Danny Cohen said: "There was a great vibrancy and energy to First Time Voters' Question Time in the run-up to the General Election, and we want to build on this and make political coverage - and young people's views on politics - a regular feature on BBC Three."
The first edition of Young Voters' Question Time will air in October to coincide with the government's spending review. The panel will be announced nearer the time.
