Published Thursday, Jan 12 2006, 16:06 GMT | By James Welsh
E4 is lining up a week of live stunts featuring performers being bitten by animals and hanged.
Death Wish Live! will air with a short time delay. Each of five episodes will feature a different stunt. Cheating the Gallows will feature escapologist Jonathan Goodwin trying to avoid being hanged; Animal Attack will show The Pain Men munched by rats and stung by jellyfish; Crushing a Man will feature Zamora the Torture King lying on a bed of nails and being driven over; Pyro Boy will feature Wally Glenn being turned into a human firework; and, if he makes it through episode one, Jonathan Goodwin will return in Buried Alive, where he'll try to escape from a coffin buried underground and covered in concrete.
Alex Zane will host the show, which begins on January 30.
