Holmes hits out at 'Dancing on Ice' judge

Kelly Holmes has lashed out at Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner over comments made during last week's live show.

The athlete became angry after Gardiner compared her look to that of a drag queen, saying that her muscular body made her look like a man when dancing, according to RTE.ie.

Holmes declared: "Jason's vile for saying something personal about me, my figure got me two gold medals and I'm not going to change it for an ice skating show. I am not on the show to be slagged off and I'm not happy about it. If you want to criticise my skating, that's fine, but don't criticise me as a person, that's not nice."
