Published Friday, Jan 27 2006, 12:26 GMT | By Neil Wilkes

The series is the latest format in the genre to be revived: other shows making a comeback in the coming months include The Price Is Right and Family Fortunes.
The new Bullseye, to air on Challenge later this Spring, will retain many of the original elements of the competition, including the revolving board, Tony Green the scorer and Bully.
"My time on Bullseye was one of the best times of my life and I'm very pleased to hear that it is coming back for a new audience," said original presenter Jim Bowen, who will not be back to host the new version. "I want to wish the production team and the new presenter my blessings, whoever it turns out to be."
Bullseye aired on ITV between 1981 and 1995, at its peak drawing 15 million viewers a week.
