The major multi-year deal will keep Andre's reality series The Next Chapter on the channel. The deal incorporates multiple series of the fly-on-the-wall show, as well as a new format which will be hosted by the star - details of which will be announced next year.
"I'm so happy to be staying at ITV2," Andre commented. "I've loved the last six years with the channel and look forward to my continued relationship and future with them."
Zai Bennett, ITV's Director of Digital Channels and Acquisitions, said: "Peter is a key face of ITV2 who we've worked with hugely successfully over the past six years. We're delighted to secure a deal that will see us build on that success with Peter."
Andre's ex-wife Katie Price quit the network earlier this year and signed an exclusive two-year deal with Virgin Media Television.
