The 30-year-old, who will also compete in the new series of Dancing On Ice next month, is currently appearing in her own ITV2 fly-on-the-wall series.
"She's a different person to last year and is just so happy," Claire Powell told the Daily Star. "She's just signed a three-year deal with ITV for the reality show and is loving filming the shows."
She continued: "They're getting brilliant ratings and she's had so much support. It's really real and watching it back even shocks her, she can't believe how much she's changed.
"Her fitness DVD is also out after Christmas and is expected to go to number one. She's in a really good place right now."
She added: "Kerry's single and I'm sure she'd like to meet someone, but she's so busy."
