The Apprentice contestant Jo Cameron has what it takes to win the show, her ex-husband has revealed.

The businesswoman shouted and squealed her way through the first episode of the show, however 33-year-old Daniel Cameron believes her behaviour will endear Sir Alan Sugar.

"She's very headstrong, she knows what she wants and she goes out to get what she wants - in business and in her personal life - and she will fight things to the end," Daniel told the Sunday Mirror.

"She's a loud person and does like to be the centre of attention and to make herself heard to others. But in a show like The Apprentice, this might be what she needs to be like to win it. There is no point hiding away. I think she will be noticed because of that and she will say things that people would like to say.

"People might see her like Marmite - you either love her or hate her - but it could help her win."

The show sees fourteen hopefuls competing for a £100,000-a-year job with Amstrad boss Sir Alan, with one being eliminated each week.
