The Endemol show, which will air daily in primetime for a week in April, has involvement from Robbie Williams and kids charity Unicef.
"Final negotiations are taking place at the moment but it is almost a certainty they will do it," a source told the magazine. "Robbie really wants them to."
Meanwhile, the broadcaster is likely to premiere the two-week celebrity version of The X Factor on Sunday, May 28, just days after Simon Cowell wraps up American Idol and two days after C4 is expected to launch the new series of Big Brother.
