Tim Vine 'works on BBC One pilot'

Tim Vine is working on a pilot for BBC One entitled Time Vine Travels In Time.

The comedian's script has been described as 'Mr Ben meets Robin Hood'.

Vine will be doing a run-through of a written sample of his pilot in front of a small audience in a London pub theatre tonight.

The idea of the show is that Vine travels back to medieval times and attempts to match up Robin Hood and Maid Marion.
