Wahlberg joins CW pilot 'Runaways'

Donnie Wahlberg (Boomtown) has joined the cast of new drama pilot Runaways.
The project - the first pilot to be greenlit by new network The CW - follows the line of FOX's Prison Break with a plot following a family who become fugitives to prove the innocence of their death row father.
Meanwhile, West Wing star Gary Cole has been cast as Martin Amberson in CBS drama pilot Company Town, centering on a Washington DC cul-de-sac homing government officials. JAG's Catherine Bell is also on board.
