The ex-model says she is looking forward to helping the 13 contenders prove they can make catwalk stars.
"I'm thrilled to be involved in such a successful show - one that brings home just how tough the modelling industry really is," she explained. "I'm hoping I can be a real support to the girls, having survived most things this industry has to throw at you."
Snowdon, who has worked on MTV in the past, and counts George Clooney as an ex-boyfriend, continued: "That said, keeping 13 feisty females under control will probably be my most challenging role yet."
The 10-episode Living TV series will air in the summer.
