The 37-year-old, a human resources manager from Coventry, was joined by Samuel Judah and project manager Ansell Henry after their team lost out by a small margin in a car sales task.
Sir Alan accused Cameron of being "all over the place" and "out of the control" in the task and berated her for not closing any deals.
"I think really there were not a lot of options for Sir Alan at this point, judging by the fact that I'd been in the boardroom a few times," Cameron conceded in an interview with Digital Spy afterwards. "I really would have benefitted on this task from selling a few more cars. I sort of thought it was going to happen on this occasion."
