The CW has given the green light to new Wayne Brady sitcom Flirt, Variety said on Tuesday.

The series, first developed for UPN, features Brady's character as a single man working for a women's magazine.

Gary Halverson (Everybody Loves Raymond) is on board to direct a script from Barry Wernick (Boston Common).

Brady is also appearing in Joke's On You, a new hidden camera show for CBS.
