The former Strictly Come Dancing champion headbutted Quinn during a spinning challenge on the surreal series. The new gameshow challenges celebrities to keep singing for as long as possible during ridiculous tasks.
Ex-cricketer Gough was being spun around on an inflatable record, but lost his footing and ended up landing on teammate Quinn's face.
"He was doing really well and the wheel was going pretty fast. But then he lost his footing and went hurtling off the side, right where Ray - his teammate - was standing," a source told The Sun.
"He gave him an almighty headbutt, smashing his jaw into Ray's head. He thought he'd broken it at first but the medics said it was more of a bruise and allowed him to carry on."
Sing If You Can continues on Saturday on ITV1.
