The series sees comedians discussing the story of a year. A pilot episode, which featured Rufus Hound discussing the year 2000, aired last autumn.
Channel 4 has now announced that Chris Addison, Al Murray and Jack Whitehall will host future instalments.
Addison will examine 2001, Whitehall will take a look at 2005 and Murray will reprise his role as The Pub Landlord to explore what happened in 1997.
Each two-hour episode will include stories from the personalities' lives as well as memories of political or cultural events and will feature a mix of stand-up comedy, clips and guests.
My Funniest Year is expected to air later this year on Channel 4.
