According to The Sun, Channel 4 has decided to commission the cult music show after 22 years off air, fronted by the 22-year-old model.
However, the star wrote on Twitter: "Just to clarify - I'm not presenting on the new series of The Tube, if there's going to even be one. It's an internet rumour and isn't true."
She is linked to the programme, which ran until 1987, by her late mother Paula Yates, who died of a heroin overdose in 2000 aged 41.
So far, Geldof has struggled to mount a TV career - her latest show OMG! with Peaches Geldof consistently attracted audiences of under 200,000 for ITV2.
