Sky announced that the drama, which will be broadcast on Syfy in the US, will be split into two 90-minute episodes.
Neverland is a a prequel to Peter Pan and focuses on how Peter and his friends were brought together by their mentor James Hook to travel to Neverland.
Keira Knightley provides the voice of Tinker Bell, while Notting Hill star Rhys Ifans appears in the drama as James Hook.
Ifans has previously said that he had "a lot of fun" playing Hook, describing the role as "every boy's dream".
The cast also includes Anna Friel, Bob Hoskins, Charles Dance, Raoul Trujillo and Charlie Rowe.
Sky Movies director Ian Lewis said: "The legend of Peter Pan spans generations, and never fails to delight and entertain. Despite many different interpretations, there's never been a movie of how it all could have come to be - this is that story. Neverland is a fantastic coup for us and a landmark event for Sky Movies."
Neverland will air on July 8 and July 15 on Sky Movies Premiere.
