The duo, who shot to fame on the 2009 series of The X Factor, will now represent Ireland in the full competition later this week alongside British finalists Blue.
They were one of ten acts to qualify following tonight's second semi-final, which saw them perform their entry 'Lipstick'. They will now compete at the May 14 event in Dusseldorf.

Along with Jedward, Estonia's Getter Jaani, Bosnia & Herzegovina's Dino Merlin, Austria's Nadine Beller and Ukraine's Mike Newton will compete for the European title.
Also successful in tonight's contest were Moldova's Zdob și Zdub, Swedish competitor Eric Saade, Slovenia performer Maja Keuc, Romania's Hotel FM and Denmark's A Friend In London.
However, in a shock result, the 1998 winner Dana International failed to reach the final of this year's competition for Israel.
The first semi-final saw Russia, Georgia, Switzerland, Finland, Serbia, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Azerbaijan and Greece book their place in the next stage.
The United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France and Spain automatically qualify for the final.
The Eurovision Song Contest airs live from 8pm this Saturday on BBC One.
