MTV sued by Christian organisation member

A member of the Christian Social Union is bringing legal action against TV network MTV.
The party official, based in Berlin, has accused MTV of "disparaging Christianity" in its new cartoon Popetown. One episode shows the Pope as a brat riding a pogo-stick.
MTV has not yet commented on the situation.
