Top chef criticises restaurant reality shows

Raymond Blanc has criticised culinary-based reality TV shows and those who watch them.
According to The Mirror, Blanc believes the "violence and humiliation" shown in the programmes could put potential candidates off entering the business.
He explained: "It strips people of dignity and promotes abuse. The brains of the British have gone soft."
