'Extras' picks up TV awards

Sitcom Extras has picked up two key prizes at the prestigious Rose d'Or TV Awards.
The BBC comedy, co-written by and starring Ricky Gervais, won awards for Best Sitcom and Ashley Jensen won for best sitcom actress.
Although Gervais himself was not nominated officially for an award, the comedian recieved an honorary award for his contribution to entertainment.
Other winners include QI's Stephen Fry for best game show host and The Apprentice for best reality show.
The ceremony was held in Lucerne, Switzerland.
