June Sarpong has signed a new contract keeping her with T4 for another year.
The news ends speculation that the presenter would be leaving Channel 4's youth strand for an exclusive deal with the BBC.
Although she is staying put at C4, Sarpong will still be free to pursue additional projects elsewhere. As well as hosting BBC Three's Strictly Dance Fever spinoff, she has also filmed a new topical debate show pilot for the channel.
