Reports: 'Everwood' axed, 'Veronica Mars' safe
Published Wednesday, May 17 2006, 20:59 BST | By Neil Wilkes

The series was one of many facing the axe by the new network, which is being formed by a merger of The WB and UPN networks.
Other shows thought to be making it through to 2006-07 are Gilmore Girls, Supernatural, Smallville, 7th Heaven, Everybody Hates Chris, All Of Us, Girlfriends and One Tree Hill.
Those not so lucky include family drama Everwood and much of UPN's comedy lineup.
Only two new series are likely to make it onto The CW schedule: Girlfriends spinoff The Game and Prison Break-style drama Runaway.
Check back in with DS for full coverage of The CW's Fall lineup tomorrow.
