The 47-year-old newsreader was recording an episode of the popular BBC antiques programme on July 7, when she was sprayed with a can of aerosol string. Two men, aged 32 and 42, were arrested by police.
Two officers had been based at Hartland Abbey for the event, which saw 2,500 members of the public bring items for valuation.
After being arrested for common assault, Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that the two men have both been issued with £80 fixed penalty fines.
Spokespeople for both Bruce and the Antiques Roadshow have both declined to comment on the incident.
Bruce was previously the subject of unwanted attention from 51-year-old Peter Oakey, who was detained under the Mental Health Act after sending cards and letters to the presenter.
