ITV2 has ordered a new run of paranormal documentary series Haunted Homes for transmission this September.
The first, six-episode series ranked as one of the channel's highest-rated original shows with regular audiences of over 500,000 viewers.
Series two (8x60') will feature eight frightened families and groups of friends, too scared to even live in their own homes. Cue top psychic Mia Dolan, a paranormal investigator
who will take over the house for 48 hours in an attempt to find out what's going on and see if she can rid them of their terrifying spirits.
To help promote the new series, ITV1 plans to air the first series from the autumn.
