It will be the broadcaster's second attempt at finding a vehicle for the Celebrity Juice star, who previously hosted Sing If You Can alongside Stacey Solomon.
Comedian Leigh Francis, who is behind the popular character, will film the pilot episode of Keith Lemon Kisses It Better at The London Studios on October 30.
Members of the public are being invited to apply for audience tickets, where they will "witness Keith solving the nation's problems one at a time in his very own special way".
Teasing the show, the statement adds: "Whether it is finding love, getting a new haircut, performing with their favourite band, or getting their own back on their lazy husband, you'll witness Keith helping people in ways only he knows how… You'll also get the chance to win some 'Bang Tidy' prizes!"
Lemon regularly offers his own unique style of advice to ITV's This Morning viewers.
Earlier this year, a not-for-broadcast pilot episode of Keith Lemon's Bang Tidy Show was recorded; however, nothing has yet come of the format.
